In this one hour online session, your instructor will guide you through relaxing exercises designed to spark self-expression and help you unwind. The goal is to settle into a calming, meditative flow, not to make perfect art.

Whether you’re new to doodling or just need a mental reset, you’ll find a welcoming, judgment-free space to explore. By the end, you’ll feel more grounded, focused, and connected to yourself.
What you’ll need:
- blank paper or sketchbook
- pen(s) and/or marker(s) (please don’t use pencils)
Absolutely no drawing experience necessary. This class is meant to be a way to step away from life’s distractions and lose sense of time.
You will not be asked to share what you draw, unless you want to!
